She had the biggest heart when it came to donating a raffle to our event and we cannot appreciate her and all she does locally. ♥

I ordered flowers for a viewing and had no idea what to pick or ask for! Heidi walked me through everything and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! I gave her free range and trusted her judgment..the result was nothing less than absolutely beautiful and amazing!!! I found my forever florist!!! Today is our 3rd wedding anniversary. I was looking for a flower shop to gift my wife special flowers and I found Petal Parcel and I love the results. I communicated what my wife liked and Heidy did an amazing job putting it together.

HIGHLY recommend. I have never had a florist go above and beyond the way Heidi did. We are out of state and ordered for a relative at the Williamsport Home. The recipient who herself is very artistic and a critic ~ was blown away. She said, "They were absolutely beautiful! So artistically done. I said to myself, 'Wow, someone knows how to make a beautiful bouquet'". Thank you, Heidi. Wish you were local to us!

The bouquet I ordered was absolutely gorgeous, the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged, I couldn't be happier with the designers choice I ordered for my wife and I’s anniversary. She exceeded all my expectations. Prices are affordable, and the quality is unmatched. I highly recommend everyone to go to this florist. I will be coming back again, well done!

Heidi is fabulous to work with and brings “visions” to life with her carefully and beautifully crafted arrangements. She arranged a floral piece for a friend of mine who isn’t super “girly” or into the flowery things - but I gave Heidi some color inspo (rich, dark, deep colors) and she delivered! My friend LOVED her arrangement and knowing Heidi arranged it in a sentimental pitcher I provided brought tears to her eyes!
